Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value is 29.00 euros


Will I get a confirmation after placing my order?

After each successful order you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive the email, please check the spam folder in your mailbox. If you have still not received an email, please contact us (preferably by email). Sometimes it happens that users make a mistake when entering the email address and so no confirmation email can be sent.

 
I confirmed the purchase but my browser crashed. Has my order been accepted?

If you have received an order confirmation by email, then your order has also been recorded - regardless of the browser problem.

 
How much are the shipping costs?

Which company is shipping with?

We ship with DHL / Deutsche Post.

 
 
Can I pick up the goods in person?

We are a pure mail order company and do not have a retail shop. You can, however, pick up the goods from the warehouse in Mainz. To do this, select the shipping method "Pickup" when placing your order. The goods can only be picked up after we have received the shipping confirmation by email, in which we inform you that the order has been sent (i.e. that the shipment is ready for you). Please bring a copy of the order confirmation with you.

The address is: POPACK LOGISTIK GmbH, Achardstr. 1, 55127 Mainz. The warehouse is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

In order to collect the goods, we need the order number that was communicated to you by email or by telephone. You have to identify yourself when you pick up the vehicle. If personal collection is not possible, we need a power of attorney. Collection is only possible after we have sent you an email with the invoice.

Attention: Collection is not possible without a valid order number.
 
 
How quickly do I get my goods?

The delivery times are specified on the product detail pages. We have all items that can be ordered in our shop in stock. These products have an availability indicator in green or yellow.
 
 
Can I pay with credit card?

We accept VISA and Masterkcard in the 3-D Secure procedure (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode) as well as Maestro.


I have paid with PayPal but have not been redirected back to the shop. Has my order been accepted anyway?

As soon as you have received an order confirmation from us by email, your order has been placed.
